45 minutes of riding to the beat of a hip hop playlist featuring your favorite artists. Includes high intensity intervals, choreo, and 4 minutes of arm work using dumbbells.
Get ready to switch up the program! With proper technique and a little twist on your typical spin class, this ride will push you, challenge you, and get you out of your element for any fitness level. With motivating hip hop music and carefully organized routines every time, you will leave feeling completely different than when you came in!
Be prepared to go hard in the paint! Dawn’s music playlist will take you through a journey of predominantly trap, with a sprinkle of house, rap, and R&B. All fitness levels are welcome.
If you’ve never done a spinning class before or are still trying to get the hang of it, start here. We’ll teach you the basics of cycling while pedaling to Hip Hop and R&B.
